A simple itinerary inside the Pian di Gembro Nature Reserve, where you can admire breathtaking winter panoramas of Valtellina and the Adamello range. The path starts close to Ristoro Pian di Gembro and takes you past a wooden bridge, before gently ascending into a fir, pine and larch wood.
Snowshoeing is an easy, fun, and relaxing way to move through nature in the winter. With snowshoes we can explore snow-covered woods and paths and, with a bit of luck, we can spot the wild animals that spend the winter in these environments.

In the Pian di Gembro Nature Reserve, cross country ski enthusiasts will enjoy unbeatable landscapes, views of the Adamello range, immersion in nature, with a plane that runs alongside a peat bog, where you can fill your lungs with the toning and regenerating crisp air. A path just 3 km in length but extremely satisfying due to its sheer variety, meaning you'll want to start over each time you complete it, as though it were your first time.
Cross country skiing is challenging but also a source of immense satisfaction for athletes and enthusiasts, guaranteeing direct contact with nature. Gliding along tracks in the snow, in the case of classic technique enthusiasts, or skating for lovers of free technique, you'll relish the silence and peacefulness of the alpine setting of Aprica and Pian di Gembro and Trivigno, set in the magical scenery of the Valtellina Alps.
The path begins just above the departure point of the Magnolta gondola, with the run on the left. It leads past a derelict barn and ascends all the way up to "Foppe", upwards along the fields, with the ski slope to the left, then up to the path which leads to Malga Magnolta in the summer.
In the winter, the snow-covered mountains of Aprica create the perfect conditions for skimo enthusiasts. The best time of the year is from late winter to spring, when the snow is consolidated and offers countless opportunities for magnificent excursions on the snow.
Half of the slopes in Aprica are ideal for beginners or those for whom skiing is synonymous with relaxation.
The longest blue slope of the ski area, as of this year the Superpanoramica is also Europe's longest illuminated slope! For anyone who never grows tired of skiing, this slope is even open in the evening. From the top of Baradello, at 2000m, to the town: a 700 m drop along around 6 km of spacious and fun slope.
