B.03 Carona - Caronella Tour
A highly characteristic tour, a journey into the past… The first part takes you along the dirt road from the Ganda dam, until Luscio, a highly suggestive stretch where you can still see the remains of accommodation used by house workers during the dam's construction.
From Aprica descend towards Ganda and Foppa along the dirt road Luscio; proceed along the paved road leading from S. Giacomo di Teglio all the way up to Carona. The tour continues along the dirt road leading all the way to the beautiful and suggestive waterfall of the Val Caronella. Along this stretch the itinerary becomes more challenging, especially if you don't have an e-bike. Once at the waterfall, return to Carona along the same road, go over the Ganda bridge before tackling the last 300 m of elevation difference to return to Aprica.
